Viewing Registrant Deployment History

Users can view information about a Registrant's deployments using the details from the Registrants > Registrant: LastName, FirstName > Deployment History page.

  1. Click the Registrants tab in the banner at the top of the page.

    The Registrants > Registrant page displays.

  2. Select from the following search criteria to filter the Registrant records returned in the search results:

    User Information Description
    Last Name

    The Registrant's last name.

    Note: -_Users can also use search for the Registrant using a partial name.
    Last Four digits of SSN

    The last four digits of the Registrant's Social Security Number (SSN).

    Note: -_When users filter by the last four digits of the SSN, all statuses will be returned in the results.
    Date of Brith The Registrant's date of birth.
    Registry Status

    The status of the Registrant's questionnaire.

    Users can filter by one of the listed statuses.
    Registry Flags

    Registry flags include all Administrative and Subpopulation Flags in the system. An Administrative Flag documents administrative action in a Registrant's record. A Subpopulation Flag designates Registrants into common groups.

    Users can select from one of the listed Registry Flags.
    Registrant ID

    The Registrant's unique identification number.

    User can search for a Registrant by using this ID number.

  3. Click the Search button.

    The system displays a list of Registrants that meet the selected search criteria.

    Note: -_The displayed results can be sorted by clicking on an underlined table heading.

  4. Click the Select button that corresponds to the user in the listed results.

    The Registrants > Registrant > Clinically Relevant Summary page displays.

  5. Click the Deployment History link in the menu.

    The Registrant's Deployment History page displays as follows:

  6. Filter the Registrant's deployment history using the following options:

    Search Criteria for Deployment History Page
    Selection Criteria Description
    Location Location is the location of the registrant’s deployments. A user will be able to filter by locations displayed in the current Registrants deployment history table. The Selection Criteria allows a user to filter by a location.
    Stage

    The status of the deployment based on if the Registry Manager has reviewed self-entered deployments and/or the Registrant has validated the eligible deployments.

    Users can only filter by the following stages:

    • DoD Received Eligible Deployments

      • Not Eligible

      • New—Received from the DoD interface but has not been reviewed by the Registrant.

      • Verified—The deployment history has been reviewed and verified by the Registrant on the Deployment page of the Questionnaire.

        Note: -_When a Registrant is in an Eligible status and has not started the Questionnaire, all eligible deployments will be in a Verified stage. Once the Registrant has completed the Questionnaire, the deployment stages will reflect if the Registrant has validated the deployment history (Verified or Refuted).

      • Refuted—The deployment history has been reviewed and not verified by the Registrant on the Deployment page of the Questionnaire.

    • Self-Entered Deployments

      • New—Registrant entered the deployment history on the Request a Review page.
      • Accepted—Registry Manager has reviewed the deployment history, the history was verified by HEC, and was accepted on the Change Status page.
      • Rejected——Registry Manager has reviewed the deployment history, the history was NOT verified by HEC, and was rejected on the Change Status page.

      • Verified—The following conditions will place the deployment history in this stage:

        • After the Registry Manager has accepted the deployment history, the Registrant verified the deployment history on the Deployment page of the Questionnaire.
        • A Registrant in an Eligible status has entered the deployment history on the Deployment page of the Questionnaire.

      • Refuted—The following conditions will place the deployment history in this stage:

        • After the Registry Manager has accepted the deployment history, the Registrant did NOT verify the deployment history on the Deployment page of the Questionnaire.
        • A Registrant in an Eligible status has entered the deployment history on the Deployment page of the Questionnaire., but the information was NOT verified due to an entry error.
    Data Source

    The source of the deployment.

    Users can filter by Self-Entered deployments or deployments received from the DoD interface.
